I give permission for my child(ren)'s photograph(s) and / or video recording(s) to be shared in newspapers, social media platforms and promotional literature by the York Hellenic Educational Studies.*

Refund Policy: HCCY Family Membership Fee ($75) and Tuition Down Payment ($125) is not refundable. HAY will refund the balance of the tuition upon notification received on or before the first day of the school year. Should a cancellation occur after the first day of school, there are no refunds; rather a charitable donation receipt will be provided for the unused portion of the tuition.*

Late Payment: I understand and acknowledge that late payment of pre-registration tuition balances after the first day of school in October will be subject to an administration fee of $25.

Form of Payment: I understand and acknowledge that the preferred method of payment for any and all payments related to registration and tuition are online via credit or debit card. If you are unable to pay online and wish to pay via cash or cheque an administration and handling fee of $25 will be required.*

Tuition Receipts: In an effort to keep administrative and tuition costs down the school will not be issuing paper receipts. All receipts will be digital and sent via email. I understand and acknowledge that my receipt for tuition will be automatically provided via email only following my making the online payment during the registration process. No addition receipts will be made available in the school office. If your online receipt is lost or if you wish to have a manual receipt processed, an administration fee may be required.*
